Include a clear subject line (for example “Bug”, “Privacy request”, or “Abuse report”) and enough detail for us to help. Do not send passwords or full payment card numbers by email.

Questions about how to play, matchmaking, or the site. See also How to Play and About.
Bug report
Describe what you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce. Include browser and device, approximate time (with timezone), and your username if relevant. If you cannot reach us by email yet, keep notes so you can send a full report when support is listed.
Account or privacy request
For deletion, access, correction, or other privacy requests, contact us using the channel above. See also our Privacy Policy.
Abuse or fair-play report
Report suspected cheating, harassment through usernames, or other abuse. Include relevant usernames, approximate time, and any match or room details you can share safely. We may not be able to disclose outcomes of moderation.
Response times depend on volume and staffing. For urgent safety matters, include “Urgent” in the subject if you use email.
